Before you submit a ticket...


95% of support tickets submitted are members who haven't waited for links to appear or don't see the links that are already there. I want to help any member who is having trouble with uContext. But, before you submit a ticket, please verify the following things...
  • Have you visted several pages on your site, waited 10 minutes, then refreshed those same pages before looking for uContext links?
  • Have you rolled your mouse over links in your content looking for "ucontext.com" in the URL?
  • Have you looked in your members area under "Websites" to see if your website is listed?
  • Does your website have "Pages" in the members area and do those pages have keywords (KWs)?
  • Do your pages have at least 200 to 250 words in the main body of text?
  • Have you made your Clickbank filters in the members area too restrictive?




Please provide...

  • The email address used for your uContext membership
  • The domain name of the site you are using with uContext
  • A description of the problem
