Before you submit a ticket...
95% of support tickets submitted are members who haven't waited for links to appear or don't see the links that are already there. I want to help any member who is having trouble with uContext. But, before you submit a ticket, please verify the following things...
- Have you visted several pages on your site, waited 10 minutes, then refreshed those same pages before looking for uContext links?
- Have you rolled your mouse over links in your content looking for "ucontext.com" in the URL?
- Have you looked in your members area under "Websites" to see if your website is listed?
- Does your website have "Pages" in the members area and do those pages have keywords (KWs)?
- Do your pages have at least 200 to 250 words in the main body of text?
- Have you made your Clickbank filters in the members area too restrictive?
Please provide...
- The email address used for your uContext membership
- The domain name of the site you are using with uContext
- A description of the problem
